The RPA solution was delivered within time and budget to enable our prestigious client to automate the onboarding of new Clients.
id4 undertook the project with a goal of automating several processes including:
- Creation of customer profiles
- Opening of sub-accounts
- Placing of “buy” orders for selected financial products
- Processing of commission payments to third parties.
